ABOUT ME

I am a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Pennsylvania, under the Teaching, Learning, and Teacher Education program. I am a member of the Penn Center for Learning Analytics (PCLA).

Under the guidance of Prof. Ryan Baker, I developed the first version of the MOOC Replication Framework (MORF). We developed MORF to enable the investigation of research questions on MOOCs across multiple data sets. MORF's most recent version implements open science practices that help facilitate both novel and replication research.

I am currently involved in research on the integration of ASSISTments into edX and Coursera MOOCs. We conducted this integration through Penn's fifth installment of Big Data and Education, which launched in February 2021.

Currently, MORF has access to over 200 MOOC data sets between the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Michigan. To learn more about MORF and to conduct your own analyses on the MORF platform, please visit our MORF website.
